Unlike a traditional PE style fund, the series is structured through individual underlying trusts. This provides an opportunity for investors to gain exposure to specific segments, individual companies and geographic regions they may be interested in, whilst benefitting from extensive due diligence undertaken by the Thames Capital investment team. To ensure alignment, Thames Capital coinvests in each individual investment opportunity.
