We specialise in providing secured debt facilities to private and public corporate borrowers via our Thames Credit Opportunities Fund.

This Fund provides debt and hybrid credit solutions to private and public Australian and New Zealand middle market corporates taking senior ranking security over real assets, cashflows, receivables, GSA and market standard credit guarantees and covenants. We are sector and industry agnostic.

Corporate borrowers are typically seeking growth or expansion capital but may also be seeking acquisition, bridging or working capital. The Fund may extend first mortgage facilities to the real estate sector but this is not a core offering of the fund and will not provide finance to development projects.

We adopt a heavy focus to direct lending on a risk adjusted basis ensuring we can satisfy borrowers requirements whilst ensuring capital preservation for our investors.
