To ensure that we can add significant value to companies, we only engage where we have the relevant depth of knowledge and are aligned culturally. We are sector agnostic and have particular expertise across financial services, real estate, ESG and high-growth technology (fintech, regtech, AI, agritech and smart cities). We also work with companies in the ESG and social impact spaces.
When facilitating capital raises, we are able to tap into our global network of investors. Because of our deep relationships, we can move quickly to target those with an appetite and interest for particular business types or target sectors. This saves precious time for the founders/management and delivers ‘smart money’ often bringing relationships and expertise to help their next stage of growth.
Whilst we offer short and longer engagements, we generally prefer to partner with management teams where we can add significant value to their journey. We are able to act in interim C suite positions as part of growth strategies and sit on advisory boards.
We provide corporate and real estate private debt solutions. Our global investor base ranges from private individual wholesales investors through to institutional investors. This enables us to facilitate a wide range of ticket sizes.
We principally provide mid-market clients with solutions to their debt funding requirements (generally AUD$10-$150m). Leveraging our global financial institution experience, we aid with structuring of transactions to make them bankable offerings and engage with our investor network to execute.
We provide real estate developers with access to capital to complete construction development projects. This involves capital structuring, financial modelling, feasibility study review and investor engagement.
We also offer co-investment and fund opportunities to wholesale investors looking for exposure to real estate related projects. This includes construction development finance and broader funding requirements.
